There is a germ of a good idea for a funny comedy. Suppose that a famous athlete gets kidnapped by two obsessed sports fans who prefer the rival team.
Daniel Stern mugs the camera a bit too much. But Dan Aykroyd fares better. Damon Wayans is basically just the same guy as in “The Last Boy Scout”.
There are a couple of jokes that are funny. But it has too many stretches that drag on.
