Built as the most powerful supersoldier to fight the Nazis during WWII - Captain America is sent to Germany to take down the Red Skull. He winds up frozen and comes back in 1990s where he learns Red Skull has taken on a new identity and plans to kidnap the President. This movie is really really Bad. the movie is more of a comedy then a superhero film.
