I absolutely hated this movie. Sorry. But if I saw one more woman skipping down the street waving her arms above her head, I really thought I might vomit.
I get it: they're women, hear them roar. But God, they're annoying when they do it.
I know it's supposed to be a farce, but I never thought the stage musical was so silly. And I know stitching together a story around the music of Abba is a sketchy prospect. But it's not the story that's bad here. It's the execution. As crazy as it sounds, it's just too over the top.
And for me it was excruciating.
