Diana Review comment

I agree. The movie was painfully boring. I found myself hoping these people weren't this boring in real life. But then, they can't have been. Just think about all of the juicy stuff going on in Diana's life that the movie didn't even address...her contentious relationship with the royal family for one! The movie didn't have a single scene with the royal family, her kids or her birth family. What a strange misstep. I also agree that Naomi Watts was miscast, not only physically, but …

Transcendence Review comment

I was debating between a 1.5 or a 2... normally I would skip this in theaters, but my friend really wanted to go - I should have made him pay for my ticket. I truly have never seen such a talented cast wasted so badly - hopefully the rest of the sci-fi films I want to see this year turn out for the better.

Need for Speed Review comment

Aaron Paul was good in Breaking Bad and as a actor but he needs to pick roles that are not a waste of his talent because he deserves better.

Need for Speed Review comment

That's pretty much the impression I got from watching the trailers - too bad about Aaron Paul, though - I think he has plenty of potential, just hope he gets a better chance to show it in the future.

Hi, Matthew.

I, too find myself liking Pinocchio, even though it's definitely a kid's movie and story. Yet, I also read the real book Pinocchio as a pre-teen, and enjoyed that even more.

You've made a good point about "The Wizard of Oz" being a story that people can and do enjoy, Matthew. Regarding whether or not people think it's a bit more childish than many other great, golden oldie classic films; eh...to each their own.

The Truman Show Review comment

This movie is excellent on so many levels and it's my favorite Jim carry film too.

The Wizard of Oz Review comment

It's a fun movie, although it's a little more childish.
