Plot: On New Year's Eve, the city of Baltimore finds itself under the threat from a cold, calculating killer. It doesn't subvert the crime drama by any means, but thanks to strong performances from lead Shailene Woodley and Ben Mendelsohn, along with a sharp story, it gets the job done. It's especially telling how the people in charge put a spin on things - and I'm sure it happens exactly like that with most senseless acts of violence and mass shootings.
