It's easy to dismiss Missing as one of the gimmick films that uses screens - be they phone, computer, TV or other - to tell as story, but Missing is anchored by some great performances from Storm Reid, Nia Long and Joaquim de Almeida to tell a compelling and twisting story. The film throws out a few too many red herrings but overall it was a solid watch.

Spiritual successor to 2018's sleeper hit 'SEARCHING' but with a different story and characters. But it's just as good. Storm Reid does a good job in a role that requires a lot of acting on video screens. The movie has a lot more unexpected twists and not all of them work as well as they want. But it is suspenseful stuff.
