Plot: Alex is a young boy with a talent for creating scary stories - but one that doesn't impress his peers. Feeling rejected, he vows never to write again - but fate intervenes in the form of a witch with a magical apartment in New York - one who feeds on the scary stories Alex creates. Along with her ever-watchful cat, Lenore, Alex is forced to write a new story every night or face the witch's wrath.
