Not a fine work of cinematic art, but a nice study of domestic struggles in the early seventies. Richard Benjamin is entertainly annoying as the whining, needy husband. Carrie Snodgress, who was married to Neil Young for awhile, plays the "desperate housewife" who wants to do the right thing but is lured astray by cad Frank Langella. It's worth a look just to see the lead trio at work. Snodgress' appeal has worn better than Langells's; Richard Benjamin's character was never meant to be appealing.
