Plot: While visiting France, millionaire Jervis Pendelton becomes enchanted by an 18-year-old orphan. Fully aware of the age difference, he instead provides money for her to attend college in New England. For three years she writes him letter - and for three years he ignores them. Daddy Long Legs is another great musical with Fred Astaire. The dancing is great and the story is good enough to keep you interested. A classic.
