Netflix continues it's (overall) release of perfectly adequate movies with this thriller that finds a family of four (Wagner Moura, Greta Lee, Riley Chung and Noah Alexander Sosnowski) trapped inside their house after a mysterious rain seals seemingly everyone in their respective homes. The cast is strong but the story is limp. Survival, monsters, Annie on repeat - and a time jump just can't make up for a complete lack of explanation as to why the hell (something, something ocean creatures?). A popcorn watch you won't remember a year from now.
