While it may have a different tone than the first entry, the great chemistry between Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal more than makes up for things. Still, there is still that tension, some great action scenes and Affleck even line dances - I mean, what more can you really ask for?

More like a buddy action flick than the slow-burn character study as with the original movie. And it’s a slight improvement because of it. Even if the movie is still a half hour too long, Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal make a good pairing.
