While it is not as exhilarating as the original movie, it still remains a fun ride as a summer blockbuster. Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar-Jones both have good chemistry together as the two leads. The disaster scenes with the tornadoes up the ante thanks to advances in CGI since the 1996 movie.
