Despite a small number of actors confined to a single room - the film never feels claustrophobic enough and the characters are given the most annoying tropes (alcoholic husband/father, cheating wife, moody teen, smart-alec little brother) so you never feel much sympathy for their plight. The premise is interesting - and does a good job of making you try to imagine what the hell is happening - but when you have to use your own imagination to make a film more interesting, well, sometimes more is better.
