Moe Berg's life story does sound fascinating. Seeing a baseball player serving as an undercover spy during WW2 reads just out of pulp wartime adventure stories. But the movie opts instead for the staid 'prestige picture' approach. The pacing is leisurely when it should be urgent. Its material is certainly interesting but the movie really isn't that exciting.
