Casting Nick Jonas in an erotic thriller sounds like a gimmick aimed directly at the preteen fans of his former boy band, but he has undeniable leading man qualities and acting chops to boot. As a whole, "Careful What You Wish For" in no way redefines this kind of trash thriller, but it's an interesting watch that seldomly drags.
