I understand what the film was trying to convey (the horror of abuse) but it's such a dark and depressing way to get the message across - at least the young Missy Keating looks to have a good start - even if the movie is dour as all get out. Just make sure to have a pick-me-up ready - because the movie really puts the "dark" in Dark Touch - maybe a bit too much.
