What? Are you serious? No kid on this planet could ever find this film even good as a coaster for their sippy cup. Between the dad from Grounded for Life's rap work (can we have an animated feature today without rap in it) to the laughable work of Andy Dick, this movie should never have been made. I would suggest Something like a snuff film for your children first, as this will scare them for life much less then seeing a woman raped and killed.
