Sparkling with wit and chemistry, 'Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House' is one of Cary's most underrated films. The first ten minutes alone are a textbook example of impeccable comedic timing.

I'm surprised the movie was as bad as it was. I kept watching it because I thought it would get better, but it never did.
