As a dramady, it fails. It's a dull and unfunny piece that made me dislike almost all of the characters. I had absolutely no care as to the outcome of the story, and I don't think the film did either.

Adam Sandler was great in this movie, portrayed in a different way to how I've seen him. Spanglish is about a non-english speaking nanny who comes to work for a disfunctional family. Though she tries to keep out of there business, she finds herself learning to speak english and getting wrapped up in all their problems.
