Plot: During WWII an Italian ship drops off a small group of soldiers on a seemingly-abandoned Greek island in order to spot incoming ships and hold the island against attack. When their own boat is scuttled, the soldiers are forgotten - but discover the island is not abandoned as they thought - and they make a new life and forget all about the war. -- Chris Kavan
