Much more fast-paced and slick than the somewhat cheesy (but still highly enjoyable) 1987 version, Glen Powell is a lot of fun to watch and is given some good co-stars - I especially enjoyed Michael Cera's somewhat unhinged loner - and his even better MORE unhinged mother (Sandra Dickinson, what a great, small part) along with Colman Domingo as the smarmy host and of course Josh Brolin as the sleazy exec. All in all, if you like action with a bit of humor and a dash of revolution, hey, have a good time with this one.
