I still might give a slight edge to Terrifier 2 (for that one death scene that still makes me flinch just a bit) but this third entry benefits from a bigger budget. That means more kills (many of which are still depraved - especially the two-fer shower scene), some fun cameos and even something to move the story along. While plot is still very secondary at least it sets things up for another killer fourth entry. Art the Clown has truly reached horror royalty at this point.
