Arcadian teases you in the opening with some kind of apocalyptic... something with Nicholas Cage running for his life but then just fast-forwards 15 years and never mentions it again. All we know is that humanity is on the brink of extinction, scary things come out at night and teenagers are still a pain in the ass even in the post-apocalyptic countryside. I do have to say the creature design (when we finally get there) is interesting but the plot is mostly filler with under-developed characters and world-building. A so-so offering but still worth a watch if you like the genre.
