Low-budget German horror that's a throwback to old-school zombie films, most notably Night of the Living Dead - heck, George A. Romero has a cameo in it! I think with a bigger budget (especially for zombie makeup) it would have been better. For a homage, it's done well enough with what they had to work with and the acting wasn't half bad either.
