This 1992 movie is one of my all time favorites. Al Pacino's performance as a blind and sarcastic Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade is one of his best and well deserving of his Oscar win! Chris O'Donnell shines as the humble prep student Charlie Simms. His relationship with Frank grows as the movie plays. The "Out of order" speech during the climax of the plot is one of the best dialogue in any movie ever made. Very enjoyable movie with one of the first roles for Phillip Seymour Hoffman. This is a definite " Must See" movie!
