The Bride Wore Black

At the time I thought it was one of the strangest movies I had ever seen. Yet still, it was decidedly well thought out. Even though Quentin Tarantino claims to have never seen the movie (at least before working on Kill Bill 1 & 2), there is a definite similarity to the list where the Bride checks off someone once she has finished with them.
Also referenced in the movie "The Family Stone" when the family is playing charades, you see Truffaut's influence lingers.
