Max – Rating – 6 out of 10
There are enough movies made till date which depict the bond between man and his best friend – Dog.
This movie is no different from what we have already seen in many such movies before.
While some scenes are excellent and Max’s (the Dog) point of view is outstandingly shown (especially the scene where Max is frightened after seeing the fireworks and needs to the comforted like a small kid).
But the movie mostly focuses on the Kid’s life and his point of view. You won’t take too long to realise this change in focus.
A movie which starts with a Dog being the centre of attraction, somewhere down the line loses its focus and the Kid becomes the central character.
