For a Jane Eyre adaption it is okay. I usually really love Charlotte Gainsbourg, here she was not quite right for the part of Jane Eyre (in my opinion), but from all the actors she fitted the best.
But what really bothered me was the backdropish (if there is such a thing) look of the movie. You could see how cheap and ragged everything was done.
