Ira & Abby

Scary look at love, marriage, divorce and therapy!
MovieAddict - wrote on 03/06/12

Ira is the son of two therapists or analysts, as they prefer to be called who can't seem to find happiness anywhere/make up his mind or commit until he meets the quirky and soulful Abby. She proposes to him because she likes his face and he accepts. Everything seems to be going fine until he discovers Abby has a few secrets of her own. Excellent performances from a great cast made his an entertaining watch for me. Ira’s parents are played by Judith Light and Robert Klein, while Abby’s parents, jingle writer Michael is played by Fred Willard and his doting wife Lynne played by Frances Conroy. Jason Alexander and Chris Parnell are two of the many therapists who appear to counsel this dysfunctional extended family.

An unconventional look at modern romance with a twist ending that anyone who's ever been in a relationship should see.
