Plot: A story of a young boy, and his uncle from Japan are on the hunt for a mad doctor who supposedly uses human body parts to creating new robots. But in the midst of the investigation, Kinichi.. nephew to his great detective uncle finds himself kneeling face to face to a small girl who the mad scientist himself had created.

Now both are on the run from a hit squad lead by a boy named Rock who must hunt them down to cover for his adopted father's tracks against humanity. Sealed within this girl however is a fail safe switch if she was ever to come to harm. If it activates, it would mean all life on earth would be wiped out in eighteen hours.
