Another horror film that does the slow burn thing nicely. And I have to say thought I find jump scares mostly cheap - this one has a really good one thrown in for good measure at just the right time. Creepy in all the right ways, Damian Mc Carthy manages to build up a great story, throw in some twists and even has a fun kicker of an ending. All in all, if you like atmospheric horror, this one will leave you satisfied.

A real "oddity" indeed, this Irish paranormal mystery is certainly not the fastest moving horror film of the year, but is captivating enough to keep you hooked until it finally gets to an ending that is worth the wait.
