The scariest thing about this movie is that it is now the source of everything I know about the Spanish Civil War. But the movie itself is scary too, in spots. It also has a nice balance of humor, action, romance, and Nazis. The best thing about the movie is the way the zombies bring together a diverse group of people who hate each other. Valley of the Dead won't be on the top of anyone's list of favorite zombie movies, but it deserves to be seen. It's different, and it's fun.
