The MPAA Practices Social Distancing with This Week's Update

By Chris Kavan - 04/15/20 at 11:29 AM CT

With so many films getting moved off the table, it's going to be getting harder and harder to find a whiff of a wide release any time soon. Frankly, I'm impressed the last three weeks have provided anything to talk about - but this week finally caught up, the first week without a wide release in sight. A handful of limited releases and nothing else - that is what greets us on this update. I hope that the coming weeks provide something bigger and better to talk about, but in the current environment, I'm not going to be holding my breath.
