Starts off strong before devolving into a rather typical horror offering. I did like Hunter Schafer and Dan Stevens in their respective roles and the setting was interesting as well. They should have left things more to your imagination rather than a deeper explanation but at least it felt more original than a typical horror offering.

With its sickening sense of unease and great acting, "Cuckoo" should be an A+ horror hit. But the shallow story and predictable outcome stand between it and greatness.
