I liked Dead Birds so I was hoping to like Red Sands.It started out alright but then turned into a Sci Fi Channel movie.I was hoping it would be good but I think the crappy looking demon ruined it for me & I just lost interest

Pretty standard horror fare. It tries to put a new twist on a common story and almost succeeds, but the is hampered by the lack of character development. If it's on you might as well catch it, as long as there's nothing better to see.
