Hitman (2007)

More Blood More Fun

Ah yes, nothing satisfies me more than a cold blooded assassin doing what he does best, to kill. What a wonderful sight to see all mayhem and destruction one person could bring in films like this. Timothy Olyphant was a perfect choice to play Agent 47. There is this subtleness in his face yet inside he's down right blood thirsty. And to me his character was up there with the likes of Jason Bourne, Neo and even Bond himself. As you know there are very few actors who are born to play their roles, and to my opinion Timothy Olyphant was one of them. Action sequences were spectacular, specifically this one scene where a suitcase of money blew up and as the dollar bills flew in the air he massacred everybody on sight. Kind of reminiscent of the bar scene in desperado but I guess the Hitman’s version is better. Frame by frame was shot brilliantly, and there is this sort of feeling that you’re inside a videogame which is a good thing. And by the way this guy he’s no lady’s man, a different take but pleasing to see. Overall satisfaction is guaranteed to those who dare cross the path of The Hitman.
