Schlocky and cheesy - this is the epitome of B-movie monster madness with fish people, gratuitous nudity, terrible dialogue and inane plot and an honest-to-goodness subplot involving an Injun (sorry - Native American). Hilariously bad - but if this is your style - it's all good fun.
