Death note is a amazing movie that takes you on a ride that continully goes up and down and even stright sometimes. Following the anime nearly spot on you think it would just be a cheap rehash of a anime made to real life to make some quick movie. But it ain't The movie has its own feel and is different from the anime. Great to show to someone if they never saw the anime and you want them to get intrested into the anime.
