I liked this movie a lot but it has some major flaws. First of all, there are so many different strands in the movie that none of them are really fleshed out very well. That said, there are some really cute moments but I couldn't see what all the fuss (many of my friends, guys and girls loved it) was about!

There is not one honest moment in this entire film. What a waste of some incredible acting talent: Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth and Laura Linney had almost nothing to do, other than look bored and try to make the best of a bad situation. The one single performance worth watching is Rowan Atkinson as a store clerk who adds the only comedy in the movie. Just goes to prove once again that you need things like a good script and competent directing to make a movie worth seeing.

When I saw it, I initally gave it a higher rating, due to the fact that the girls I saw it with considered it to be a 9/10. But really this was mainly a terrible film.

This moive tells the love story of several people and the struggles they face on thier path to finding the one they want. This movie has humor and romance. This movie can be watched over and over again and will be enjoyed every time.
