Made for Each Other (1971)

Lost Gem from the 70s

This is a lost gem, not to be confused with the Jimmy Stewart movie from the thirties. It's a comedy period piece starring Renee Taylor and Joseph Bologna as therapy group members who fall for each other despite (or because of) their quirks and hangups. I don't know that it's ever been available on tape or disc, but I've been looking for it ever since I saw it on late-night broadcast TV in the seventies.

If you ever get the chance to see it, take it--if only to get a great dose of early-seventies attitudes, styles and humor.
