Wolverine pretty much rules

I have always wondered why Wolverine is considered so bad ass, it just seems like he can heal and has claws, but that there are many so much more powerful than him. This movie helps show why he is special and does so with some kick ass action. I think it is a great addition to the X-men series and want to see where they are going with the story.
My only question is: Why did wolverine stop aging at 40? You would think this would have happened when he was 25 or something. Or is it just because Hugh Jackman is old but is supposed to be playing a 25 year old.

In the comics he just ages real slow. Sometimes, people go to the future and meet funky old wolverine shriveled up and moody like somekind of spiky hobbit Clint Eastwood.
