Not Compete Truth

An Inconvenient Truth had a good idea to it, but didn't show the entire story.

I'll admit, watching Al Gore rattle on and on about global warming was a little more entertaining than I excepted, but I didn't feel like he was telling the whole story. That, and the breaks between the lecture that told stories about his life was completely stupid. I was watching a documentary on global warming, not Al Gore. There was no reason for the extra things to be in there.

For anyone that wants to be driven to paranoia, An Inconvenient Truth can do that, but I recommend doing some outside research. I'm not saying that global warming isn't happening, I'm saying that there's more you need to understand before you start saying that Al Gore is right.

Screw You Too Gore

Piece of junk. If you want facts without a crazy environmentalist shoving ideas down your throat, go read "State of Fear" by Michael Crichton. You'll find that all of what Gore was talking about is only half the story. I believe in the issues of global warming and how we have to stop it, but I don't like being told how to think.

Conveniently good

Globally and morally important film with topical messages about Earth's excesses, though it veers uncomfortably into political territory at times and takes away some of it's punch. Kudos to Al Gore and his ongoing fight for change. Final Grade: B
