Rocky V review

In Rocky V as we all know his kid was still small, I guess time flies after a fight from Russia. His family becomes financially in trouble and sells his stuff. He meets Tommy Gunn (Tommy Morrison) and trains him. Robert (Sage Stallone) becomes envious of Tommy and his father. The screenplay was well thought of with quotes from Rocky - “We just gotta stick together.” Robert - “It ain’t last year and you ain’t the same either.” Adrian – “You can’t live backwards.” You’re never too old to learn something new. Topics of a strained father son relationship, bullying, reputation and parenting were represented well. The flashbacks with Mickey were executed tastefully and humor was present. Acting here was solid and drama authentic. At least this was way better …
