A disappointing clash of horror icons

It could have been the greatest horror meet-up since "King Kong vs. Godzilla", but what it was was a poor attempt at bringing the two horror icons of the last twenty years.

"Freddy Kruger" (Robert Englund) returns to "Elm Street", but due to the fact that his powers are too weak, he conjures up the psychopathic zombie "Jason Voorhees" (Ken Kirzinger) to scare his pending victims in the real world so he can scare them to death in his dream world.

Well this movie does have a decent story line, the execution of it wasn't as smooth as most people wanted. They wanted to see a bigger brawl. The movie got low ratings in my opinion because the story didn't focus on how Jason and Freddy found each other and began to brawl, instead it pitted them between humans, and finally into a fight between the two.
I thought it was alright, I didn't expect much since neither of these characters were really horrifying to me, I found more comedy in their movies than anything, so the combination of the two was somewhat interesting. There is …
