Miles Harding (Von Dohlen) accidentally creates a computer that has a life of its own. He is attracted to his neighbor Madeline (Madsen). Edgar the computer begins to do things without the control of Miles. A simple film of jealousy, love and acceptance, Electric Dreams may seem dated but has the right elements to make the movie entertaining because of its concept. Soundtrack was wonderful and direction well crafted.
