The Iron Lady review

Meryl Streep as Margaret Thatcher and Jim Broadbent as Denis Thatcher. It portrayed the first female prime minister in UK who has a strained relationship with her daughter and mother. Live video footage's, flashbacks and a mixture of both were utilized in the style of Forrest Gump. The picture's score and and outstanding performance of Streep were noticeable. She is the only reason to view this film. Its direction however was unstructured and usage of frames on top of each scene was confusing instead of presenting everything chronologically. The Iron Lady is a descent look at the life of Margaret Thatcher the film's lackluster effort in depicting her in a lighter note.
