The Blacksmith

The Blacksmith review
Daniel Corleone - wrote on 11/26/11

A short comedy involving Buster Keaton (Blacksmith's assistant), Joe Roberts (as the burly Blacksmith) and Virginia Fox (as the sweet lovely Horsewoman). The assistant commits numerous blunders and ruins a car and a white horse. He was able to sell a defective saddle as well. The premise was funny and because it shows the sign of the times, the love portion was eventually rushed. The Blacksmith is a decent silent film enjoyed by anyone.
