God, okay, put one of the worst directors and one of the worst actors with one of the best actors and one of the best actresses and you still have crap. Joel Schumacher is...he is just awful. He took a wonderful franchise and hedonized it. Tommy Lee Jones is terrible, but doesn't hold a candle to the dreaful Val Kilmer. Nicole Kidman is the only reason to watch this apart from the performance of Jim Carrey (bless his heart, look who he had to deal with). A wretched action movie, a terrible leading man, and a man at the helm who has yet to give any movie he has touched high regard.
