The film is about a sniper pins a man down in a phone booth, telling him if he hangs up the phone or disobeys him, he will die. This movie was well shot and the cast did a great job in there roles.

I remember when this was supposed to come the DC sniper shootings were occurring. This delayed the release. I think for those reasons is why this movie got as much attention as it did. I didn't find it that great. A decent movie and worth a watch.

Colin Farrell is an arrogant executive caught in a twisted game of simon says. He hears a payphone ring and everyone has to answer the ringing telephone. The caller takes him on a journey to the inside of his soul, making him do his bidding or else people around him will start to die. Its a game of cat n mouse with the caller and the police to see who gets shot by the sniper first. A highly suspenseful, mega drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

An effective premise that is executed ever so tensely. A good thriller.

Joel Schumacher is one of the consummate Hollywood hacks but here revisits the spirit of one of his better efforts, Falling Down. It essentially expands on an idea touched on in Fight Club, in that a someone may actually be forced to become a better person on pain of death. It's the kind of pulpy pot-boiler that is often wrecked by unnecessary padding, but the brisk no-nonsense approach here combines with it's short length to make quite an entertaining off-beat thriller. Kiefer Sutherland's vengeful psychopath who is only represented by a voice-over and a red dot for the majority of the film is the stand-out performance, but everyone involved acquits th...
