You baby sit kids by: leaving them on the playground, teaching them violence, letting somebody incompetent drive, etc. Not really a role model. Vin Diesel tries some comedy and drama. It's laughable how he took down the ninja's. The Pacifier has a heart, the screenplay and execution however were not polished.

Not one of Vin Diesel's best movies, but he doesn't let his performance be the reason. Wonderful family film, good moral, the cast was good for what it was. younger children can be left alone with this without the worry of them learning works that teenagers should not be using. It is a alright film for what it is, everyone should see it at least once.

Th Pacifier is not a great movie, but it is a pretty decent family movie for when there are younger children involved. The concept was good, but some of the writing was a bit lacking . . . not unusual for these kinds of kid friendly movies.

Seems all big-name action stars (Schwarzenegger, The Rock, etc.) have to do some feel-good family film some time in their career. Usually it's not a good thing and this is no exception. Vin Diesel needs to shoot people, not babysit.

Since this movie was from Disney I thought it would be a good movie. However, I really did not like this movie at all. I suppose that kids might find it fun.
